The Waldo Community Improvement Board approved an initiative created by the Waldo Business Association’s Property Committee to create a program titled the “Paint Program” and quite simply it provides a $500 voucher to any approved applicant within the CID boundaries for paint and supplies for the exterior of their business.
An applicant must prepare their building (repair any wood rot, remove chipped paint, etc.) and an inspection will be conducted before the voucher is issued, but once received the voucher can be used to purchase paint up to $500 at PPG Paint and then it may also be used as a coupon to take 10% off supplies at Sutherland’s (Waldo location only), no matching funds required.
