Founded in 1999, Formation Strategies, P.C. provides professional financial and organizational services to the healthcare industry. Formation Strategies has also assisted in the establishment and management of entrepreneurial ventures of healthcare organizations.

Ron Bremer, the firm’s founder and owner, has decades of healthcare industry service, including public accounting and executive management experience. Utilizing his in depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers, he also consults with individuals and organizations on strategic and financial planning opportunities.
