Geo’s Cheese is an extension of our wholesale cheese business whereby we sought to deliver the same
quality and variety of cheeses to our neighborhood in a retail shop. In particular, we want to provide a
large variety of cheeses which cannot be found elsewhere in Kansas City. One example alone would be
our Wisconsin Cheddar which ranges from 1 to 15 years in age, all of which are in stock, for those people
who enjoy a gourmet experience with the pairing of cheese, fruit, and wine. In addition to our aged
Cheddars, we carry a large variety of naturally smoked Cheddar, Gouda, Swiss, Cherrywood smoked
Havarti, and other unique smoked cheeses.
