Daily responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Hostess duties-offering drinks and hanging jackets
  • Answering phone/texts, booking appointments
  • Greeting and closing-out clients
  • Diffusing client complaints or directing them to management
  • Cleaning, straightening magazines, retail shelves and bathrooms
  • Screen calls/emails for management and employees
  • Complete knowledge of salon manual
  • Complete knowledge of and ability to recommend all services and retail products
  • Management of new and existing client information
  • Assisting in inventory management
  • Other duties assigned by management
