Following a successful career with Safeway Stores, as Division Director of Real Estate, Marty Hugo opened Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. in 1983. Since that time our clients and customers have included major corporations, small businesses and private investors. In addition to commercial real estate brokerage and development functions, the company has also provided consulting services to a wide range of clients, including retail chains, developers and investors.
The company’s founder, holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin, which has long been regarded as having one of the top real estate education programs in the country. The company’s other staff members have a variety of educational backgrounds that include a Master’s of Business Administration Degree, a Degree in Education, considerable real estate course work and appraisal training. Our varied backgrounds and experience give us a unique perspective that permits the effective analysis of complex assignments.
